Relatedly, Samuel L Jackson is now on Twitter. One of his first tweets? "Can a muthafugga say fuck on here?"

While I'm not a comic geek, or even big time comic fan, I do like the Avengers, almost as much as X-Men. This is something I would like to see, though I have some catching up to do. I still haven't seen either Iron Man movie, and have yet to see Thor or Captain American. Maybe I should make a day of it.
By the by, I love Sam Jackson. That muthafucka is one crazy muthafucka.

Yeah, you've got time to catch up on them. Though I doubt they will really be necessary to follow the Avengers plot. Maybe Thor and Captain America for giggles.
My boys gave the trailer a Five-Awesome rating. They are quite excited. I don't know how they'll last another 8 month.

I knew this was coming and finally saw the trailer not too long ago. Though I expected more from the first look, as a former comic book geek I DID get a boner.
No matter how much crap I talk, I WILL be seeing this in a theater... *sigh*

Same here buddy. That's why I won't be watching any more trailers. They may give away the plot or show how there isn't one at all.

It looked like Loki on the commercials. If he somehow gets control of the Hulk, that would make for some interesting action, but I can't really see the move makers playing with fire like that (as far as the loyalties of the fans and what not). I think that may be too complex for them. Too much of a risk...
