OK... I'm in need of some help here.
I will first give you this info:
Operating system is Windows Vista (home premium 32-bit)
U-torrent 2.0 (for downloading)
Disabled DHT in Utorrent (per reading the FAQ's)
So here's what is happening right now.. I can download files just fine, no errors or anything..
This is the hard part to explain.. Other people are supposed to be able to get parts of the file from you, right? That's what P2P is about :).. That's what I will refer to as me "uploading"... :)
Well, that's where my problem lies.. In Utorrent you can view your downloads, uploads, trackers, etc.... When I click the upload tab, there is nothing going on.. No movement at all..
So i then clicked on the "tracker" tab.. Under that tab, there is [DHT]=disabled,
[Local Peer Discovery]=working
[Peer Exchange]=working
and another one labeled
[http://www.bootytorrents.com/torrents/announce.php]=HTTP Error 406
Could anyone please help me get this situated.. I don't know what to do, or how to fix this problem.. I've read thru the FAQ's and some of that stuff is over my head.. Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks in advance..

OK.. I thought I'd try taking my mode downstairs to my second computer in the basement.. That pc has windows XP on it.. And is what I used to download files from Bootytorrents before the site went down last year.. I hooked everything up and downloaded a file.. And I still notice that I'm getting the HTTP Error 406 from the "tracker" tab.. And I'm also "uploading" at less than 1kB per second (which is garbage).. Any ideas anyone???
